I just tried some nuts while on this anti-candida diet and i think i was going into a reaction of some kind, my skin felt hot in my hands and face and i was thinking... now what? I am at work and need to concentrate this afternoon... so I tried a couple tablespoons of Bentonite clay I had in the office kitchen and the reaction stopped immediately! the clay is a great relief. my hands stopped turning red (at the fingertips) and my cheeks stopped flushing. has anyone tried this or have had an experience like it?

does anyone biologically know what happened? my guess something like the bentonite picked up the toxins from the nuts or candida?
