2tuff recommends mixing some xylitol with colloidal ionic silver and using this as a nasal spray. It worked for me in clearing up a sinus infection. I also use a neti when I get sinus infections. I have thought about making homemade tooth paste with xylitol and baking soda but haven't done it yet. It has anti cavity properties too.
