Extreme "dandruff".

A very strange thing is happening to me, and I can't figure out what it is for sure, or why it's happening. My head --or parts of it that have hair on it including mustache and beard-- develope a sort of puss that probably comes out of my hair pores. This puss dries and becomes skin-like and is probably dandruff, a whole lot of it. Could this be candida related?

I do not experience this symptom if I eat vegatables, or even fruit (sugar) from what I recall. It usually starts happening after I eat or a bit later. Sprouted grain bread seems to trigger it, which I regularly eat.

Any help would be appreciated.
