Medical grade comes as 35% solution. Actually technical grade is what it is. The difference being that medical grade is certified in 55 gallon drums, but when they take some for smaller quantities from the drums, they can no longer refer to it as medical grade even though it's the same thing. then you have to dilute it yourself. 11 oz of Distilled water to 1 oz of 35% H202.
