This refers to your post earlier on dosage and you stated that you take 1 TBSP of CLO daily. What type of climate do you live in? Do you still continue to take it in the summer months?

I noticed Dr. Mercola does not recommend it in the warmer months, if you live in some climates. I live in middle Tennessee, but had just been taking the 1/2 - 1 teaspoon, as I did not want to get too much Vitamin D. And I am not sure that I felt any benefits from taking just the 1 teaspoon in the colder months. Thanks for your info.
