I am a Pitta type. So, can I take sauna every second day? I was yesterday in sauna and stayed there 3 times 10 min each with 15 min breaks.

Could you please spell out what "good fats" are and how much of theese fats and other fats and vitamins you mentioned in your post, I should take?

And a biggy one: where I can find a raw, unpasteurized, unhomogonized, WHOLE milk if I live in a big city:))
