Flush #4

Dear Shelley,
I completed flush #4 today about noon. I did the Epsom Salt at 6:00,800, after waking and about 3 or more hours later I did the final cup of Epsom Salts . I put the Epsom salt in a cup of pure grapefruit juice. It tastes ok and seems to enhance the flush, if anything. I passed between 2 and 3 dozen of the green stones. These were of a larger variety this time. A good deal of mucous is coming out of my lungs. The 4 doses of Epsom salts seems to be just about right because the last one seems to catch the straggler stones that dribble out of the bile duct at the end. They were smaller. Then after a water enema, it looked clean. Seems like there's still a bit more work to do.
