My brain fog got cleared up in a major way in about 3 months along with the candida, but it would return sporadically so I kept up with my regimen - not as strict, but still a lot of discipline in terms of refined sugars and phony foods - for something like another 9 months. After that I was able to eat anything I wanted any way I wanted. What a relief!!! :)
