Youre right, of course.

The thing I was slightly freaked out about was the bile coming up
(yuck).
But, it's been a few hours and after drinking some rehydrating drinks, and taking an Epsom Salt bath, the headache is almost gone, so I'm on my way.
I'll continue with the LFs, gotta keep on.
Sounds like you're an experienced Flushie ... :)
