My life,"Living with M.S."Going on twenty years!

I have been looking for a sight like this for years, thanks to a friend, I have finally found a fantastic sight. I want to tell my story, because I believe I can help alot of people, when I found alterative way of life, instead of the convential medical way. My life has changed so much. I am getting healthy, I am learning more and more everyday.Having, and starting your day with a "Positive Attitude" is one of the first steps to my accepting and recovery. Diet,laughter,staying away from the negitave and surrounding myself with "positive, people places and things. Mentally and physically I feel like a new person. I definately have alot of people to thank for this. So hopefully I will tell my story if ther is anyone that wants good advise. If you hVE m.s. YOU AREN'T DEAD. I will explain how I have come from a sickly,weak,negitave, (you know the why me's) to the person I am today. Yes,I have my bad days along with the good, I learned to listen to my body, when it is telling me "You are tired, don't fight it, sleep." So,I want to share my experience with others- In hopes that it might help, even if it is one person, but I am sure I can help and give "Hope" to many. I and everyone with this diease, let me put it like this, I tell my Dr.'s-what to do. They are book wise.I live it. I guess you can say I am a walking book. Yes,I am walking- I couldn't for almost four years, but I am walking and believe me and all who know me "talking" but I will speak nothing but the truth. How I got from a very sick,negitave person- To whom I am today, I am happy to be alive,and I want to enjoy my life to the fullest....so...if you want to hear my story...please respond to this message. I am a new improved person, I try not to let,no-I will put that another way,I AM NOT LETTING ANYTHING GET IN MY WAY OF BEING ME., I am and always was a happy person that enjoyed life. That did change,but through diet,attitude, and trusting in God,HAS MADE ME A NEW PERSON. So like I said I would love to help anyone I can,plus it will help me-when I tell my story.
