Hi, I was diagnosed with Candida six years ago and have been struggling with it. Everytime I try to eat right I feel so bad with severe headaches and nausea, it's too unbearable to deal with. I am searching for answers still, after all these years. Anyway, I go to this organic supermarket in Bergen County NJ called "Whole Foods" the people that work there are very knowledgeable and they all swear by "BIO-K" it is a 50 billion live active culture/acidophilus/casei, it's not cheap and everybody buys it like crazy. Does anyone have any feedback about this product? I started to take it, helps me have a bowl movement much better but I'm still looking for that one thing that would change my life forever and make me feel good again.
