Thanks for your 'wise words'. My mother came by today and she said to me (just this afternoon!) that I am too ready to believe what I read because I had such a trusting nature. I was trying to convince her that juicing was a good idea. She said it seemed ridiculous to throw away the fibrous parts. How do we wade through the masses of conflicting information without getting stung?
