EXPERIENCE: Gallbladder flush confusion.

Can someone help me please. I have recently completed the Gallbladder flush and I need someone to help me
with the following queries.

1) I have read some references to drinking Apple Juice in advance of the clense on this site. I did not see any
reference to it on the Gallbladder clense instruction sheets I had. So I did not take any . Is this correct ??.
I did however follow all the other instructions religiously with the exception of replacing the Water with freshly
squeezed Grapfruit juice. I was given Bitter Salts instead of Epson salts at the Alternative Medicine clinic , is
this correct. ???

2) I dont really know if I passed any stones ?? I certaintly didn't hear or see any in the tolit but saying that
I did not examine the diarria .
