Curious

Recently having had an ultrasound for a gallstone, I was informed that I have a polyp in my gallbladder that could block the duct. I was also told that the polyp isn't like polyp's in the colon and to do nothing is fine.

My question is whether or not a cleanse will rid me of the polyp and has anyone else had this diagnosis?

What will the difference be between the stones and a polyp?
