Just a word of Thanks to you all

Hi Everyone,

I have been busy the last two months and haven't done my 6th cleanse yet. I am hoping to take a few days this next week to complete it. My real purpose to write this is to thank you all who have shared your experiences and knowledge along with your encouraging words to all of us who were afraid and not sure that this was something that really works. THANKS TO YOU ALL!

My health has been getting better and better since last June when I did my first cleanse out of desperation. Yesterday, for the first time since April, I decided to try my favorite food. Tex-Mex to be exact. I love cheese enchiladas. I decided that since I have had no pain for almost three months and the last two cleanses were just small stuff, I would try it before this next cleanse to see if I could without causing any discomfort. About thirty minutes after eating, I was sitting at my computer doing some work when I heard this noise that was coming from my gallbladder, something between a swishing and gurgling noise. I braced myself for some discomfort and after several times of feeling the movement and hearing the noises, I felt no pain. I feel like it was my gallbladder releasing bile into my digestive tract as it would if it were completely healthy and the way it should do.

I won't go back to eating that kind of food as often as before but it is great to know that I can relax and enjoy it when I do. I am sure that I still need to continue with the cleanses until I am totally free of the stones for a couple of cycles. I am also getting ready to do a kidney and colon cleanse after this next liver cleanse.

Again thanks to all of you , I wanted to encourage some of you who may-be are afraid to give it a try. I don't understand all the reasons why, but I felt directed to this site by God as I was searching and praying for help as many of you are. I am feeling this has been an answer for me during a great time of need that has changed my life forever. I hope some of you who are needing help will be encouraged enough to give it a try, I think it can change your health if you don't quit.
