I also had my gallbladder out a little over a year ago and highly sympathathize with your diarrhea problem !! I've found that eating red meat makes it worse, so I tend to eat alot of poultry such as chicken, pork and fish. I do drink some Slim Fast for some light weight control and never really made the connection that others were talking about but I do suppose that it did make some difference. Even though lately my GI doctor did do yet another upper GI on me to check things out and put me on that Questran Lite, it seems to help a little but not much along with some stuff called Dycyclomine which slows your whole system down, but watch out it makes you real sleepy !
