If it was me, I wouldn't be trying the cleanse right now. I think the priority would be getting nutrition in him now. If he can't get nutrition in him, there's no need for cleansing or anything else, I think. When my wife went through chemo, the only thing she could keep down consistantly was ozonated water and juices. To me it sounds like his belly (probably the rest of his body too)is totally inflamed from all the chemo and radiation. The juice would possibly be really hard on a stomach so inflammed, like the cleanse is. So if you try the juice, (I mean home made) really water it down, (1/2 & 1/2) and get him to drink it constantly (as much as possible) through out the day if he can handle it.
You mentioned also he is highly acidic. 2tuff tells about cayenne pepper, (which you said wasn't the cause of his vomiting) Kombucha Tea, and Himalayan Salt at http://curezone.com/forums/m.asp?f=254&i=4317 I would try the cayenne pepper and salt, since it takes weeks to make the tea, I think. You can get the pepper at a local store, and I would get some Sea Salt (I know what you will say about this salt 2tuff) from a local health food store tomorrow and try that, unless you feel you can follow 2tuffs protocol. You may have to water things down with this too. This will hopefully alkalize him and help him keep food down. Personally I would use FYI (For Your Inflamation )from the Garden of Life product line, and ionized water to alkalize him, but this takes more money and time. You need something that will work yesterday.
Personally I would also use ozonated water first, but I know you probably don't have time to get a generator, or maybe can't afford it. Ozone will get rid of the inflamation, get his belly operating properly again, allowing him to keep things down, plus it will start curing the esophogeal cancer. All in one shot. If after you get him to where he can keep nutrition down, you could probably adapt the generator to treat the brain cancer too.
Will he make it? It will be a real battle, if it's possible. I think the only way you can do this, is keeping nutrition in him first. To do this you will have to get rid of the imflamation. Once you get him where he can eat again, make sure it's raw food. All this will get him back on his feet again. Then you can do cleanses, and other things to get rid of the cancer.
