Here is a long posting. Alot to learn!

First of all medicines have to be avoided. (Thankfully these weren't medicines that life depends on them like for heart problems or diabetes, in that case it would be more dificult and a more complicated strategy of weaning of the medicines would be needed)
1 Do the Water Cure : buy gallons of DISTILLED waters. Make sure they are not smelling like plastic. Wallmart sells good one. In my area there is no wallmart so I use poland spring distilled waters. Then additionally buy unprocessed raw seasalt. Use a measuring teaspoon of salt per gallon bottle. Drink that water half of the body weight in oz. If someone is 120 lb there is a need for 60 oz which is about 8 cups of 8 oz per day.
Do NOT drink distilled waters without the salt because it VERY acidic. with the salt it becomes VERY alkalic which is so great. Water cure removes heavy metals. more details: http://watercure2.com

2 Stake cesium chloride and potassium whcih is sold here: look for the third product that is 2 bottles of Cesium chloride and Potassium. super potassium is important as it prevents potassium deficiency that can cause heart attacks. Cesium chloride is depleting the body from potassium.

Take it 1 measuring tablespoon (regular tablespoon is too small) of each bottle in morning and in the night everyday for 60 days.

4 Get out to the sun. At least 2 hours per day. Please don't use sunglasses or sunscreen. Be in the sun as much as you are comfortable. Just avoid sunburn. Sun used correctly isn't carcinogen. Sunscreen can cause cancer. sunburn can cause cancer. But lack of sun can also cause cancer.

5 get enough undisturbed good sleep. Get dark screens to block out any street lights.

6 Get colon cleanse. Not all Colon Cleanses are done equally. Most are just cleanising the last part of colon which isn't affective for the whole body. I know of a disturbitor who sells 'Cahuenga' a good priced affective whole digestive organ cleanser.

Cahuenga is consumed 1 measuring teaspoon at evening before going to sleep. If its tolerated well, make it into 2 measuring teaspoons. the 3rd week if its tolerated well then use 1 measuring tablespoon. in the 4th week consume 2 measuring tablespoons (carefully! overdose can cause crampings and makeing 1 mile long lol lol) Normally after 1 month your colon, instentine and stomach are clean. Ideally Cahuenga is consumed once every week for maintainance.

7 Get Clarkia intensitanl parasite killer.

9 Do some moderate exercise. Walking, running, swimming, ideally in the beach, you can choose exercise forms like yoga, tai chi, kung fu, callanetics, weight lifting, anything that is gentle but firm on body. Not like aerobics that is just a mechanic exercise that is harash on joints and heart.

10 Avoid tap water. for cooking buy spring water. (not distilled water) avoid table salt . raw unrefined seasalt is great for cooking. avoid any processed foods and sweetners like splenda or aspartame. avoid hydrogenated oils. Avoid processed hormone pumped meat or milk products.

11 Avoid toxic household cleaners. These are very carcinogen, especially bleach. The chemicals linger at homes for hours and days risking our health.
