Help! Having problems with portions, staying away from nuts and coffee!.!.!.!....

I started drinking coffee again because it was the only thing that would reliably get my bowels moving in the morning... but in so many areas it says that coffee is a "No No" (except for the blood type diets. I am an A and it says that it is beneficial for A's) but I also know that I don't want to slow down any healing that I might be getting if I were off coffee completely. Everthing I have tried for regular bowel function has been un reliable. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!! and please don't tell me to do a cleanse or take psyllium or magnesium and C ... I have tried all and for one reason or another they just aren't for me...

ALSO
I have removed so many things from my diet but seem to be having a VERY hard time letting go of peanuts and almonds... in fact I just brought peanuts into my life because I read they are good for blood type A... NUTS are all difficult for me AFTER I have consumed them... going down is fine its the AFTER...

I really want peace from this.

Its hard because I feel like I chose the nuts over carrots because the sugar content in carrots can be so high, but atleast I wouldn't have such a difficult time digesting them and on top of that the hight fat content...

And my portions never seem "enough", I'm always going back for something else...
