Thanks so much for the suggestions.
I have to STOP buying nuts. PERIOD end of sentence.
I had for a while and then I thought how I might like a couple...big mistake.
Nuts are too yummy... and dangerous.

I drink coffee in the am with stevia and unsweetened organic soy milk and I add Alkalife to it to help with the acidity. I have also started taking something for my adrenals but I feel real sick if I have them too close to my Yeast Cleanse capsules.

I LOVE KEFIR! Its the closest thing to pudding I have... kinda.
I should try it in the am like you suggest. Unfortunately, I had a handful of almonds tonight and that always tightens things up...

I take Digest Gold digestive enzymes and I really like them.
