I believe he was referring to the EFT technique that Dr. Mercola has supported on his website. It is a massage/tapping technique you can do to yourself for about 15 or so minutes a day-- that have successfully been used to take away cravings --- and even stuttering and shyness in many.

I know one tapping technique-- I think is just one part of the EFT technique-- is tapping the hard area over your chest-- your breastbone for about 5 minutes a day.

Tapping it stimulates the thymus gland which increases your resistance to germs and infections. The thymus gland shrinks as we age, but tapping that area regenerates it.
