You can do both the packs and the baths once a week. Curious, did you notice any black stuff? Because I haven't seen any and I was wondering if that means it's not working.

Haven't heard of the TerrBathe, I think LL clay looks like a great product, but like I said I'm not sure if it's working because I haven't seen the black on the bottom yet.

If you have silver in your mouth you shouldn't use any oral heavy metal detox products. So, no you shouldn't order the product. A lady on the hypothyroidism forum told me that she used cilantro when she had fillings and it worsened her symptoms. You don't want to be pulling any more out of the fillings. Just try to get them out as soon as you can.

I tried Hulda Clark s kidney cleanse. Very nasty!! I think it helped though. I haven't tried Andreas Moritz kidney tea but it sounds good. Many people have reported excellent results with it and have also said it has a pleasant taste. So I would go with that. It also looks much easier to make.

The olive oil is not that bad actually. The Epsom Salts are worse. But if you agonize over it you'll never do it. And you really should do it!! You just do it as quickly as you can and get it over with. The release of stones takes away such a big burden off your body which allows it to heal, if your sick you can't afford not to get them out. If you don't like the taste of olive oil you can use macadamia oil. I would suggest you start asking questions on the liverflush forum on how to make the cleanse easier. Many people have some great alternatives that aren't so hard to do.

I don't think that Bob Marshalls parasite program is necessary. Hulda Clarks recipes are excellent and supposed to be very effective. Just make sure the black walnut hull is green and potent.

I haven't tried the natural liquid zeolite. I talked with a lady who said that it didn't help her. But things effect people differently. You might want to ask about it at the askcurezone forum to get better feedback.

I've been meaning to take some coffee enemas myself after reading about how great they are for the liver.

One more thing, if you happen to live close to Mexico(I do)you can get your fillings out a lot cheaper. There are many American dentists with natural clinics there that can take them out safely for a lot less money.
