Well I gotta admit,

I've always been a pedal to the metal sorta gal- well at least from puberty onward...so I guess I just ike to go directly to the source which is Kundalini yoga- for K awakening- but that is not to say I don't absolutely relish the soundings at Science of Mind- I guess that is why I have them both in my life...

I do the Archetype work, Carol Pearson PHD book, and I find the shadow side the more beneficial. For me, I had enough energy on the positive or Christ side, the shadow side was being surpressed. Actaully-not exactly true- it was being held at a distanace until I felt need then watch out -stinger of the scorpion- deadly.

It created this wide swing which was balance- but in the larger sense of the word- it may be easier to get even more neutral and not swing- but generally speaking- I tend to gravitate towards the swing- the movement - the ride-

All is perfect as it is really- If I like the ride some other fine fella will be the neutral for my spark..The Universe provides balance through us..scary thought huh? hehehehehehehe
