The whole family have returned and it didn't take long to get annoyed with the kids for being noisy! The dream is now shattered! Yup, family and other relationships do tend to bring us back down to earth! I think when I am able to find true happiness and peace when with people who are totally negative, that's when I'll find Nirvana ... until then, I shall find it mainly in my quiet times, far from the crowds.

I'm just on once a day, approx. 3 dabs each time.

Where did you order your supplies from? Detoxyourworld? I often buy from them. The raw brazil nut butter is lovely :-)

I've decided to concentrate on the acid/alkaline balance too - and have been making some wonderful raw salads. I bought one of those spiral machines which creates spaghetti out of raw beetroot, carrots, courgettes and apples. It tasts wonderful like that, but the machine is not electrical, so takes quite a lot of work. Adding to that advocados and roasted root vegetables makes quite a feast!

I've been taking the molasses and lemon juice with some cayenne and cinammon. I'm beginning to like that quite a lot. I then follow with barley grass (powder), spirulina and kombucha and an emergen-c (C and B vits) and that is pretty a powerful start to the day! I add some olive oil or coconut oil too. I am now trying the Norwegian kelp which is totally vile.

I'm now aiming to be around 50% raw.

I wonder if there are highs and lows to taking the powder. I felt tired this morning - I think I've been trying to cram a lot of information in the last couple of days. I have 7 books that I am re-visiting and each one brings more questions.

I do feel more free in myself - I even decluttered a whole load of stuff and will stick them on Ebay next week.

As far as I am aware, I am stone free now. I did 3 flushes in a row with no stones, and I have flushed 25-27 times in total! I'm just on maintenance flushes each Equinox.
