Hi I'm 25 years old guy. Starting 15 all my life
I got pretty bad acne. Also with white heads, and cyctic. 8 months ago I changed my diet to raw diet, I started to drink more distilled(but mineralized) water, drop drinking coffe, did maybe 15 liver flushes, started rebouce and dry skin brushing. And I can tell you I really feel a significant difference. Right now my face still has old scars, and time from time I get a pimple, but it's totally different what was before. I became much calmer more compassionate about life. the only drawback that I see is I lost some weigth (6 feet 134 pounds) but other than that I'm much happier person.
My advice to you enjoy your life more, don't worry about your appierance(usaly I get a pimple when I start to worry do I look nice in front of people)and little by little start changing. Curezone is definetly the place to get the knowledge.
