Thanks for your fast response. I am sorry but it was not much help though. I cannot commiserate I do not have time or energy to do so. I was hoping to talk to some one that has been in an abusive relationship and made it through in one piece.

This is a seperate issue from any thing that happened to him in Viet Nam. I was just saying that to try and cover all areas of things that could possible be promlems, know what I mean ? I did not mean to write a misleading post and Paulette I do appreciate your suggestions. Thank you.

Also drug and alcohol abuse is another seperate issue from both Viet Nam things and from abuse. He has three things to deal with, as far as issues go. He is diabetic, has high blood pressure, high cholestral and eats what ever he wishes.


I had another stroke a few months ago. Instead of calling for help he gave me my last rights.

The cycle is on an upward spiral. A few days ago he slammed me into the wall. I have had a head ache since. He also stomped my foot that night. He also grabbed my arms and those bruises are now faint. I am tired and going to try and get some sleep soon.
