yes i agree

I too actually do use some herbs in powdered form myself,
sap to sprinkle some into drinks or over food,
so I was NOT negating it, Just commenting on awarenss of the factors behind
certain forms..
you know as well as I do, Growing uo you probably saw all your moms *spices*
in a nice shelf probably right above the stove, or near it...
now we know different..better to keep them away from stove areas, better still to keep them in fridge and certainly out of sunlight *)

I have a great variety of forms of stuff each for its own purpose.
