Re: Where to discuss Maker's Diet?

Since I have spent the last year finding sources for pasture-fed meats, free-range chickens and eggs, raw milk and butter, I feel that the Maker's Diet brings these all together. At the moment, having a program to follow for a few weeks would be a very good idea -- I am needing discipline!!

I do not find the author's talking of his products very offputting. He seems to have a unique line of supplements (and while I would like to avoid long-term supplementation, for a short-term to get us going, I would certainly do them). He has a very good resource section in the back of the book.

I would like to hear of people's experiences on the program.
