skin and health

about a year ago i started to suffer from severe photosensitivty as i was coming off anti depressants...
i have been to see so many ppl regarding this and it seems that it is my immune system
i spend all day in the house which isnt good cause i live in a big city surrounded by smog and i have mold in my flat and had to move my bedroom into the living room
i have been suffering from severe depression for the last 6months as i cant get my skin to mormailse as well it goes from dry to oily and it reacts to all thingsi nearly put on it...6 months ago it became infected and i managed to get it under control, although i was on anti biotics for a month it got worse when i came off that it was like yellow gunk coming out of it and as they call it folliculitis it didnt scar my skin
but recently my skin was hurting again even more so and i could feel that it was deeper infected in the follicles ...i went on a 5 day course of anti biotcs did nothing...
now i am on homeopathy and one herb...but this is driving me mad every day i really dont want to live i never get out and at 33 my skin is a mess now....
i have been seeing a kinesiologist and to be honest it has made my head spin it feels as if i cant eat anything, especially as i am allerfic to uva and the sun, i cant tolerate computer much either i havent given anything a proper shot that i have been on but thats cause i keep worrying and getting a reaccurance of the infection and i dont know if i believe in kinesiology or not....
i went to see a naturopath at the back of last year and hes aid i had candida overgrowth no surprise there,,,,which i have now been on a anti yeast diet for 6months ..
the infection is deeper tan ebfore on my cheeks and i dont get spots its jus t red adn sore and i can see its ripping my skin aparteating it almost...
even washing my sface is a porblem but i have been using manuka honey
