Re: Lime water

Then maybe they are confused, because I asked them the day of my visit and called again a few days later and asked again about the lime water. The girl told me that lime was better to use than lemons and to cut a few slices and put in my water just as I would put lemon in my water.

Now, I do know that citrus fruits are good for making the body more alkaline. But, I'm going to check out the calcium hydroxide. I have to give my children calicum/magnesium supplements and have wondered what kind to give them. Currently, I'm giving them a powder by Kirkman that is calcium carbonate and calcium citrate, and then I give them Epsom Salt baths and magnesium oil. Would the calcium hydroxide be better for them?
