Oh, please, oh please, have you not taken in a word any of us said....because it seems you haven't. Now PLEASE answer some of our questions. Because I think that most of us are really started to get the idea that you don't want us to help you. Will you go to a health food store? Will you accept that you have to start making changes and stop giving everyone an argument every time we suggest you do something? I think someone suggested that you take a break from posting because every post you give just aggravates us and gets you nowhere. What's the point? You are avoiding everything we suggest by trying to change the subject with more questions or some argument. You need to read trapper and all of our messages over and over until it sinks in. If you want our help you have to stop giving us arguments and and treating our messages as insignificant by not answering them. Would you like Trapper to be your mentor? Can you please just answer that.

Please understand that I'm not trying to insult you. I am making a big effort to try and help you. HELP US HELP YOU.
