update Vit c + Insight tapes

Well I have to say SOMETHING is definitely happening!
since I started taking the vitamin C crystals about 6 days ago now,
I am much more relaxed, calm, and have experienced even occasional
*ear - popping* type feeling..
like when you are in a plane, then your ears pop?
I seem to be hearing a bit better, but in a gentle way.
also i guess cause of my still raw nerves from my head injuries, often sounds wourd be muddled, or sometimes over-jarring..
like if the dog ran by me ,it seemed like the floor
was shaking and someone was hitting
inside my head with something.
i am not experiencing this,
at the same jarring level that i had been.

I feel all soft and snuggly inside. for what that is worth lol.

I esp feel relaxed within about 20 minutes of drinking 1000mg dose.
I am taking between 4000-5000 mg total during the day,
spacing it out in 1000 mg dose units.

(like right now ) *smile*

On top of this, I recieved the Insight tapes yesterday,
and last night i put in the insight one
that helps you get to delta stage.
just fantastic!

I had no idea how tense i had become
through- out the day,
in the minor muscles of my face, shoulders etc.
they just started relaxing on their own,
giving me a feeling of wonderful physical relaxation.

my mind kept trying to keep processing the day,
and what i needed to do,
and wanted to do tomorrow...
and little pestering thoguhts.
but it had to just drift away
with the soothing vibrations on the cd.

well i fell into deep sleep for sure,
and slept for a full 7 hours with no interference,
waking up completely relaxed
and able to think more clearly
what my goals were for then day
and how to bring them together in a cohesive fashion.

I am pleased to say I accomplished my goal for the day,
and got to more messages worked on in my mayan blog .
that i was unsure how i wanted to word it last night.
but it seemed to pull well much more easily this morning 8)

so i fully can see the benefit of the insight tapes
right after a first time use for me.
i must say i was a bit unsure how i might react,
after all the head injuries i had,
and was completely delighted
in the gentle manner the tapes work,
to bring you to a restful delta state.

most wonderful.
i can immediately see how someone in pain
heavy stress, and tension could benefit by these.
not to count the meditative reasons.

i can't wait to listen to the motivational ones,
that help you focus and be more creative, and organised.

well that is my update post for now.
off to go do a few real life chores etc
