Thanks Owen! I'll try building up my doses a little slower :). It's not actually my first day of mega-dosing. I got my kilo of sodium ascorbate powder from Bronson a little over a week ago. Since then I've taken up to 20g. in a day without any signs of bowel trouble. Of course, this dosage was split up over 4 seperate doses of 5 g. throughout the day - with breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bed.
On the positive side of this experience, I woke up this morning with a bad headache, since my flush I'm finding that's it is starting to dissapate.
Thanks again for the advice. Tomorrow I'll go back to 20g. over the course of the day and try adding 4 more grams each day (1 extra gram per dose) until I notice my bowels starting to act up.
