Re: Are "time release" formulas okay to use when flushing?

Personally I would not use time release vitamin supplements of any kind. If you want to start taking vit c for allergies, begin by getting it in sodium ascorbate form (powder). Begin by taking 3 grams a day with meals (1 gram at a time) in juice or water ( I use water) and increase your dosage till you reach bowel tolerance level (which will give you watery stools) then back off your dosage a few grams. This will be your daily dosage. Mine is 12 grams (divided into 3 times - 4grams each). I've also read that if you do some liver flushing it also helps with allergies (see Liver Flush form).
