Yes it is very expensive to live there. I would love to go right about now. The winter here in Alaska has been way too long this year. Oh well......hey! How about Mexico? Everything is cheaper. I have been cooped up in this house way too long with below zero temps outside. I think I have house poisening. I KNOW I have cabin fever. It sure would be nice to lay in the sun and soak up a little heat, stay ouside all day,ride bycicles,jogging,go to the village market for fresh organic produce. I had fun jogging here until a huge moose almost ran me over. True not kidding. Then after Kittywinterz told me that she and her friend were chased by a mad moose one day that nearly killed them...well that was the end of jogging for me. Alaska is absolutly beautiful and wild. YOu have to be a real tough soal to withstand the extremes.
