I know that my sister-in-law tries to get swimming in several times a week and has had a personal trainer stretch her back (but the trainer did too much and it was worse); she is drinking lots of water. I believe that if she were working with some really competent person, nutritionally, that she may have improvements. She is working with the medicoes with little result. She may take a supplement here and there, but no real program so that there might be improvement over a period of months.
