i've been going through the boards and i see that you have been so very helpful to everyone..thanks for the kichadi recipie too! i posted this question in the Candida Forum ...

basically i have a very very very weak and messed up digestive system..i can't digest food at all ..whichis in turn irritating and burning my intestines...i think as a result i have leaky gut which is causing joint inflammation and my liver hurts as well..i also have cystitis..all this happening after 7 course of antibiotics and very bad sugar binging so i strongly suspect i have candida..

my naturopath wants me to go on The Master Cleanse to rest my digestive system and cleanse everything....but i 've read its not good for people with candida..so i'm instead thinking about going on a juice vegetable fast....what is your opinion on this?

from reading your posts..i also know that bowel movements are very important..so i was thinkking of adding a SWF in the morning /lax tea at night with the juice fast...would this be ok as well?
