Yes, your stools won't be formed for the rest of the cleanse. And, btw, for all those worried about things AFTER the cleanse..with all the bowel cleansing you do during, think about it...there isn't that much going THRU your body afterward, and isn't much LEFT from your pre-cleanse, due to the SWF, etc. So it WILL take a few days to build up enough excretion to need to move the bowels. Don't worry!
Food actually can take up to three days to be fully absorbed and the leftovers pass thru the intestines and be excreted out.
I have done a yogic version of the SWF when not on the MC, as described by someone yesterday or the day before, with excercises which actually open up the sphincters between your intestines, so that EVERYTHING is cleaned out: they say that that is worth a three day fast, that much cleaning.
