Wow, what you outlined here is almost precisely what I have figured out to be my eating regime once I'm off The Master Cleanse (eve of day 13 of 21 days) Although, similar to the Body for Life plan, I do plan to give myself one day a week to eat whatever I want. But six days a week; fruits, vegis, fish and poultry, NO DAIRY, and some whole grains ... I am a little confused when it comes to whole grains though ... what is safe to eat and what is not.

My question has been about Rice ... Brown vs. White ... Obviously brown is better ... but, sushi tends to be made with White ... A) are there a places to get sushi made with brown rice (or do I just have to make my own??? ha! which I've never attempted before) and B) What about White Rice? Would it be ok to eat with Sushi?

I'm just trying to nail down my eating regimine to the tee so I am prepared for what to do when I am done with this. I'll still have several pounds I want to reduce when 21 days is over and so I will proper be a bit more strict for the first 12 weeks coming off the fast ... and then go into maintanence mode from there.

Any thoughts about rice?
