I get the shakes from the Vitamin Shoppe, although I would think most nutrition stores would carry them. You can probably order then on-line as well. I do know that GNC does not carry them. They are two different products that you combine together: Sonnes #7 and Sonnes #9. The Sonnes #7 is the Bentonite clay and the #9 is the intestinal cleanser powder I usually do them 2x's a day - in the morning before my first lemonade and then at lunch time before the lemonade. I usally do the SWF''s in the evenings and then have a smooth move tea during the day.

The directions are to use 1 or 2 table spoons of the bentonite clay (#7) and one heaping teaspoon the the psyllium powder(#7). I put the bentonite clay in about 1 or 2 cups of lemonade first and then add in the powder last because it thickens quickly. My recommendation is to use it in a shaker of some sort (shake really hard to mix well). Then drink! I'll warn you, it's has a thick consistancy and doesn't taste very good. But it really does work!
