Re: How I came off the cleanse and the success I've had

Thanks so much for sharing your experience!! My husband and I have not bought the Maker's Diet, yet, but we have read his other book, Patient Heal Thyself. We always thought that we were pretty healty eaters, but this book really opened our eyes. We have been following Jordan Rubin's eating guidelines for about seven weeks, and the difference in our whole family is amazing!!


The thing that has the most impact on us is the naturalness of food:unprocessed, organic, etc. We would eat this food frequently, but not nearly enough.

I'm on day 9 of the MC and really looking forward to eating some deep ocean salmon, baked beets and steamed asparagus!!!
