I read your post below that says the lemon and ES sounds yummy.....it's not, but still part of the process. Epsom Salts are more bitter, not just salty like Sea Salt . It tastes lousy, but it's relatively quick. Mix the epsom salts ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator so it gets very cold. Also, I put an ice cube in my mouth for a few minutes before I drank it, and that helped a lot. I'm going to try the addition of lemon next time. Another thing that you can do is put the epsom salts into capsules, and take the number necessary to match the quantity of tablespoons of salts.
I saw nothing until my fourth or fifth flush, but it varies for everyone, so don't get discouraged if you don't see anything right away. I had all small stones, and nothing after seven flushes....I did two more after just to make sure.
