Thank you very much for the detailed explanation on what you did. It sounds like you did a pretty strict regime to heal your digestive system.

I have a couple of more questions if you don't mind.

Did you do any retention enema of probiotics after the colonics or after your in-home enemas? How many colonics did you do in what time period and how often were you doing the enema especially at the beginning? Also, what is the reason of putting salt in the enema water? Is that better than just water?

(Well, OK, I have more than a couple of questions :-)
