enemas = colonic ??

Unfortunately, no. colonics cleanse almost the whole colon, enemas only reach the last bit. No matter how many enemas you do, you won't get the same effect as a colonic. There is also some danger in doing too many enemas. One or two enema bags, or about 2 or 3 quarts, is all you should do at any given time, especially if you are doing 'treated' enemas like coffee ones. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, no matter what the good thing is.
