If your enema is an enema bucket setup or colema setup, wtih a little patience and time they can be just as effective for cleansing as a colonic. An enema bag carries too little water for really deep cleaning.
I purchased an enema bucket kit - my bathroom is the wrong shape for a colema board - from Health and Yoga for only 30 bucks!
