Thanks for writing your experience. I am now experiencing the terrible bloating and constipation that you talked about. It is hard for me to eat anything much more than salad and raw vegetables and I really have to watch the quantity or I get so bloated I feel like I will throw it up. I wanted to do Renew Life's cleanses but they said I need to get the gut working before doing that so that brings me to the colon hydrotherapy did you do it during this time frame that you were reallly bloated? I just want to make sure that I should do it while my stomach is still so screwed up. How many times have you gone and what is the approximate cost? Is it painful or uncomfortable at all? I am just kind of chicken to do it I guess but, I do think that it will help me. I too am having terrible skin issues as well though mine is eczema which I think is harder to deal with than acne. It spreads easily and just will not go away no matter what I do. I am taking Nystatin which I have read that the yeast supposedly do not become resistant too. I am slightly increasing the dose each week until week four at which time I will remain at that dose. I wondered what is the mg. of the chromium, molybdenum and biotin that you have been taking?? I have a little fruit my doc said 2 servings a day is o.k. only granny smith apples or maybe a few blueberries do you think this is no good? Otherwise I pretty much stick to the diet always since I feel pretty terrible. Thanks for any advice you can give.
