they do differ alot- i try to stay strict because i really feel like things will happen faster that way- i really want to starve this stuff!

I will tell you what i eat since its a lot easier than telling you what i can't eat-
I have all natural chicken no horomones or antibiotics fed a vegtable based diet

I have organic eggs- no hormones etc

I have fish - but fresh not farmed

I have vegtables - as many as i like but i stay away from potatoes and all the starchy vegtables - no mushrooms either

i don't eat fruit if i do its only berries -they are low in fruit sugar/carbs
some diets say stay away from them for a month then reintroduce them

I have almond butter and nuts- pecans and almonds-peanuts are not allowed

i have grains- brown rice and quinoa - but not very often at the most twice a week sometimes not at all-

we really shouldn't eat cheese- although i think raw cottage cheese is ok-
