Tracy : this is my first time on here and it seems you are the go to guy :)
was reading the forum and came across your pieces. am VERY interested in learning how to make my own stuff from superfood to tinctures and flushes etc.
can you be kind enough to send me some exact information ( what herbs, how much, the breakdowns and such etc etc ) and what i need to get and buy. Would appreciate any help you give.
If its a long list, perhaps you can break it up into several emails. one complete formula, start to finish and then the next one another day or week, and so on.
looking forward to hearing from you. I am confident that this will help me in my martial arts and my music, and life in general. i am not able to access the forum daily, so can you send it via email so i can print it out.
