Thank you both for the support and great tips!! Bill do you eat the left over pulp and nut combination, or do you add it to food? I'm just really curious, because it sounds like a really good idea. I juice carrots and I was thinking abut using the pulp to make carrot cake, I don't know if it will work because all the liquid is gone, but it seemed like kindof a good idea too. Anyways, I love the spirulina drink, I have only 4 ingredients in it at the moment. Spirulina, chorella, barley grass and nutritional yeast. I still have to find the rest of the ingredients, but I just love all the energy I'm gaining because of it, its just fantastic!! Elaina
