thanks heaps for the reply, i have been using fomula #2 for 5 days as well as for the past three days mixing it with extra Bentonite and psyllium.(trying too hard!!) had more bowel movements and quite bulky but nothing exciting. And last night and this morning a bit blocked up on too much psyllium. So I'll take your advice and get the herbs for formula 1 thanks.

I haven't had any sugar for three days (I know it sounds sad) On day two I was bawling my eyes out for no reason as I was just so low. Felt better day three. I don't usually have any refined grains, (just pure sugar!) and have been on just whole raw fruit/salad fruit for two days. I am wanting to lose weight as well. I have been slim all my life and am finding it a bit of shock not to fit my clothes.

May I ask how you do this?

I have a friend who is into iridology and reflexology and she says she found pancreas problems. The spot on my hands and feet which is supposed to be your pancreas is really painful.
